The on-site consultation includes an inspection of your bathroom, taking measurements, and an initial discussion of your wishes. Travel to and from the site is charged separately unless a fixed price has been agreed upon.
Scope of servicesYes, our written offer is valid for 30 days. Price changes for materials or special requests that occur after the offer is created may lead to an adjustment. We will inform you in good time.
Price commitmentA complete renovation includes the removal of the old bathroom fixtures, laying new pipes, tiling, and installing all new sanitary objects and furniture. Not included are electrical work outside the bathroom.
Scope of servicesThe useful life refers to the expected lifespan under normal domestic use. In the case of commercial use or extreme stress (e.g., frequent changes between hot and cold), this may vary. Please refer to the product warranty for details.
WarrantyThe preliminary action plan is a detailed list of all work steps and materials that are coordinated with you before construction begins. It serves as a binding basis for the construction process and prevents misunderstandings.
PlanningA tiled surface is considered level if the height differences between adjacent tiles do not exceed 1 mm and the overall level is within 2 mm over 2 meters. This corresponds to the usual craft standard.
